Booking Terms and Conditions

By booking a session with Kellie Smith, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Appointments

• All services, including psychic medium readings, energy healings, and spiritual consultations, are by appointment only.

• Sessions are conducted either in person or online (e.g., via Zoom), depending on your selection at the time of booking.

• You must be 18 years or older to book a session.

2. Payment

• Full payment or a valid credit/debit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

• Payment will be processed at the time of booking, and all prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars).

• Prices may change without notice.

3. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

• Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled based on availability. Requests must be made via the booking system or by contacting us directly.

• Cancellation Fees:

  • Cancellations within 3 days of the appointment are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations outside the 3-day window incur a $10 administrative fee, deducted from any refund.

• No-Shows: Failure to attend without prior notice is non-refundable and may be marked for future reference.

• Late Arrival: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your session may be shortened or marked as a no-show. No refund will be issued in these cases.

4. Refund Policy

• All bookings are non-refundable, except in the case of provider cancellation.

• Refunds will be issued at Kellie Smith’s discretion:

  • A full refund may be granted if Kellie Smith is unable to establish a connection or provide the requested service.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method.

5. Service Disclaimer

• Services are for personal growth, insight, and entertainment purposes only.

• Psychic readings and spiritual healing are not substitutes for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, mental health, etc.).

• You are responsible for your own choices and actions following any guidance or insight received.

6. Confidentiality and Privacy

• All sessions are private and confidential. Information shared will not be disclosed without your consent, except where required by law.

• Your personal data provided via the website or booking system is protected in line with Kellie Smith's Privacy Policy.

7. Defamation and Slander

• You agree not to make false, defamatory, or slanderous statements about Kellie Smith, her services, or her business.

• Any breach of this may result in:

  • Immediate termination of services

  • Legal action to protect Kellie Smith's reputation

• These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party. You can terminate by closing your account, while Kellie Smith may terminate these Terms if:

  • The service is no longer commercially viable

11. Dispute Resolution

• Mandatory Process: In the event of a dispute, both parties must attempt to resolve it through negotiation or mediation before resorting to legal action.

• Notice of Dispute: The party claiming a dispute must provide written notice detailing the issue and desired resolution.

• Mediation: If the dispute remains unresolved, mediation will be required. The mediator's fees will be shared equally.

12. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

• Venue and Jurisdiction: All services are intended for residents of Australia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Health and Wellness Disclaimer

• Services provided by Kellie Smith are for spiritual guidance and personal growth only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical, psychological, or physical conditions. Always seek professional advice for any health concerns.

14. User Reviews
